Fixed an issue where sync of SageMaker App resources causes excessive rate-exceeded errors
Improved handling for scenarios where credentials expire while user is active. No unsaved changes are lost, and the user is prompted to refresh their credentials.

Saved view quick-picker items are no longer grouped by “My Views” and “Shared with Me” and instead each item has an icon indicating this.
Users can update their own first name and last name via Edit Profile link under the the top-right user avatar icon.
Admins can update users’ first and last name on the user’s behalf, as long as the user is associated only with one tenant.
Added a new system RBAC role, “Read-only” which allows read-only access to all features.
